"Invalid Serial Number" Error Message

If an "Invalid Serial Number" error message displays when you are attempting to install your ActivePDF product, please contact Customer Service.

A common cause for this error message is that your license key is valid for a build number prior to the build number of the product you are attempting to install.

If this error message displays, please submit a support ticket at https://support.activepdf.com/

  • If this is the first ticket you have submitted, select the Register icon.
  • If this is not your first ticket, select the Submit a Ticket icon.

Note: The ActivePDF Support ticket registration system is separate from the ActivePDF.com registration system, so separate registrations are required.
