.DOC fails to convert to PDF/A.

Colors are changed in conversion of PPT/PPTX files to PDF/A.

PPTX file unable to convert to PDF/A.

PDF/A-1b does not support transparent images. Documents containing transparent images were failing on conversion to PDF/A. Therefore, PDF/A-2b support has been introduced to accommodate these files. A workaround was added to optionally force DocConverter to use the PDF/A-2b standard, which supports transparent images. Note: Using this workaround, all PDF/A outputs generated will adhere to PDF/A-2b standard, rather than to PDF/A-1b.

See Conversion of Word and Powerpoint Using PDFExport Could Result in a PDF/A Error for workaround details.

Selecting the Personal hot folders option for How to Handle Sub Directories in the CUI results in the error, "Invalid value for HowToHandleSubDirectories[3]."

The option for Personal hot folders is not functional. Select a different option for Watch Folders.

Excel files with workbook protection are failing due to an issue within Microsoft Office 2007 and Microsoft Office 2010.
