End of Support Life Policy

activePDF is committed to providing high quality, cost effective solutions to our customers. To this end, we have established an official End of Life (EOL) Policy which provides details regarding the discontinuation of support for legacy product versions.

Support Incident Definition

When submitting inquiries to our Technical Support team, a separate ticket must be created for each incident, as defined by our Definition of a Support Incident.
