Mergefile doesn't work when combined with Linearization

Problem
When trying to use linearization in conjunction with Mergefile produces a corrupt PDF.
Cause
Linearization is a post conversion process which tries to access a file that is already opened. This prevents the linearization from happening correctly.
Resolution
It is recommended to merge the files first, close the ooutput file then reopen it to perform the linearization.
