Q. How is activePDF Portfolio licensed?
A. activePDF Portfolio is licensed to an individual entity (individual or company)
on a per server basis. There are no penalties for multi-processor machines. Individual
components may not be loaded onto separate machines. You must purchase individual
server licenses if you require one or more components on non-Portfolio installed
servers.

Q. How long is the annual subscription valid for?
A. It is valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Q. Can I extend the subscription?
A. Yes. We will contact you when your subscription is about to expire and offer
you a new subscription at the current Portfolio subscription rate.

Q. Will products be added to Portfolio?
A. Yes they will. Note that we reserve the right to reconfigure the Portfolio
package and if at some point we no longer offer your version of Portfolio, we
will provide you with the opportunity to upgrade or convert your Portfolio to
individual licenses, with your subscription remaining in full force.
