If you purchase Annual Subscription with your activePDF product(s), you will receive all upgrades for that product for one year from your purchase date. If a product becomes unavailable during the course of your Annual Subscription, you will be eligible for a free sidegrade to a like product at no additional charge.
If you do not purchase an Annual Subscription with your activePDF product(s), you have 15 days from the time of initial purchase to secure an Annual Subscription. If you do not have an Annual Subscription in place, you will only be eligible to receive service pack updates for the version you have purchased. There are no free version upgrades without Annual Subscription.
