Order Online
Order online via the activePDF Store and obtain your software within minutes. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Extensive fraud checking is performed on all online credit card transactions for your protection.
Order by Fax
You can send your order via fax by simply completing our order form (PDF) and faxing it to +1-949-582-9004. You must include a valid credit card number and expiration date or your order will not be accepted.
Order by Check
Print out a completed order form (PDF). Make a check for the total amount due payable to activePDF, Inc. Please mail both the order form and the check to our corporate headquarters at activePDF, Inc., 27405 Puerta Real, Suite 100, Mission Viejo, CA 92691.

We highly recommend that you receive an accurate quote from one of our sales representatives prior to mailing your payment.
Purchase Orders

We accept purchase orders from the following:

  • Accredited U.S. educational institutions (including universities, school districts). Training companies do not qualify.
  • Local, state and federal government agencies in the U.S. Private companies "attached" to government agencies do not qualify.
  • United Nations organizations

We also accept purchase orders from qualifying corporations with a first order minimum of $1,500. In order to qualify, you must submit a credit application. Scoring from Dun & Bradstreet will be used to determine credit worthiness. Our payment terms are Net 30. Late payments will be subject to a 1% per month finance charge and reduced technical support availability.

Wire Transfers

We accept wire transfers for payment on purchases of all activePDF products. Please contact our Sales department for our banking details at sales@activepdf.com or by calling us at (866) GOTO PDF (toll free in the U.S.) and +1-949-582-9002 (elsewhere). After transmitting your order, please send an email so that our accounting department is aware of the transfer. If you do not notify us, it can take up to seven business days for notification from our bank. You must add $50 to the cost of your order to facilitate the wire transfer. Additionally, you are responsible for all wire transfer fees initiated by your bank.
