Tim Sullivan, President and CEO, brings over
20 years of software development and management experience into leading activePDF.
As activePDF’s Chief Architect, he is committed to applying his experience
as a software developer to meeting the needs of developers deploying activePDF
solutions. Prior to founding activePDF, Tim spent 10 years with Automated Solutions
Group, consulting companies such as Mexicana Airlines, Warner Bros. Records,
Southern California Edison, Amway, AirTouch Cellular, Kaiser Permanente and
dozens of others. Tim has also worked as the Technical Manager for Student Information
Systems at the University of Southern California and as a Naval Engineering
Programmer with Todd Pacific Shipyards. Tim studied at the University of California,
Irvine and holds the distinct honor of being appointed to all three U.S. military
academies: West Point, Annapolis and the United States Air Force Academy.

Gina O'Reilly, Director of Sales & Marketing, is responsible for all activePDF corporate sales, marketing, advertising and public reltations activities. Before joining activePDF in 2001, Gina managed international relations and marketing for a leading software distributor in France. In this position, she played a major role in the initial establishment and management of activePDF's European reseller sales channel. Prior to this, Gina worked as Senior Project Manager for a leading advertising agency in Dublin, Ireland. Widely traveled, Gina holds an MBA with a marketing specialization from the University of Phoenix as well as a first class honors BA degree in International Marketing and Languages (French & Spanish) from Dublin City University, Ireland. Additionally, Gina has studied with the distinguished Ecole Supérieure des Sciences Commerciales d'Angers (France) and the University of Salamanca (Spain). Gina is Pragmatic Marketing Certified and also holds both the AIPMM Product Manager and Product Marketing Manager certifications.

Douglas Saltsman, Director of Engineering, is responsible for overseeing the development and management of activePDF’s product line and forging the path for the introduction of new and innovative technology solutions that respond effectively to market needs and requirements. With over 10 years of extensive software development experience in both management and front-line programming, Douglas is committed to ensuring that activePDF continually strives to improve and maintain customer satisfaction by providing quality client support services and a product offering that fulfills the demands of the marketplace. Prior to joining activePDF, Douglas managed the R&D department at Broadcast Software International and also held the role of Developer Mentor for Sykes Enterprises where he provided outsourced developer support for leading software organizations such as Microsoft. Douglas’ broad range of experience has encompassed many diverse functions from product development and market research to quality assurance, support management, and project consulting.
