MISSION VIEJO, California – September 27th,
2002 – activePDF Inc, a leading provider of server-side PDF development
and conversion tools for Windows NT, XP and 2000, is pleased to announce that
they will offer a free training session on their product line during the November
PDF Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada. The special training class is scheduled
for Saturday, November 23rd, from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. The highly popular activePDF
Toolkit will be the feature of this free one-hour training class. The session
will focus on how companies can benefit from dynamic server-based PDF generation
and manipulation.
Attendees will learn:
• How to dynamically populate a PDF form template with information from
a database
• How to stamp text and images and add page numbering
• How to merge multiple PDF documents
• How to add 40-bit or 128-bit encryption to ensure document security
• How to add linearization (fast web view) to a PDF document
The session is limited to 25 registered attendees of the PDF Conference. Each
attendee is required to have rudimentary knowledge of Visual Basic and must
bring a laptop running Windows NT, 2000 or XP. activePDF will supply each attendee
with a box lunch as well as an activePDF T-shirt and evaluation CD. Individuals
