activePDF Announces Partnership with Global Graphics® Software to Extend Current Product Offering

MISSION VIEJO, California – April 18th, 2002 activePDF Inc, a leading provider of server-side PDF development and conversion tools for Windows NT, 2000 and .NET, today announced it has signed a reseller agreement with their present OEM partner, Global Graphics Software, a world leader in the development and manufacture of electronic document management solutions for the graphic arts industry and the corporate market.

This strategic move sees activePDF become a key reseller of the Jaws® PDF product line, which includes Jaws PDF Creator™ (a simple, affordable method to produce fully featured PDF files from any application), Jaws PDF Courier™ (generation and delivery of secure PDF files for print providers) and the recently launched Jaws PDF Server™ (the enterprise solution for centralized PDF creation).

“This latest ‘extension’ of our product line means that we can now cater to those customers who are looking for reliable PDF tools licensed per desktop at affordable prices,” stated Tim Sullivan, Founder and CEO of activePDF. “We found we were referring numerous customers interested in purchasing a desktop PDF solution to Global Graphics, so this new agreement was a natural progression for us. It means that we can now effectively provide a one-stop PDF solution shop and meet all individual client needs. We are proud to be reselling such fine products and feel that they fully complement our own server-based product offering.”

“activePDF has been an OEM partner of ours for quite a while now and in a relatively short time, we’ve watched as they’ve established themselves as a leader in the server-side PDF development and conversion tools market,” said David Morgan, National Sales Manager for Global Graphics in the US. “Not only do our product lines complement each other nicely, we expect activePDF, with its strong brand recognition and commitment to product marketing, to substantially increase our channel sales in the US.”
