MISSION VIEJO, California – January 24th, 2002 – activePDF Inc, the leading provider of server-side PDF development and conversion tools for Windows NT, 2000 and XP, today announced an exclusive distributor agreement with CONEXUS. Founded in 1991, CONEXUS is a leading Australian distributor of software and hardware solutions for environments such as Digital Imaging and Publishing, Windows 2000 Migration, Networking and Communications, Desktop products for Windows and Macintosh and Thin Client systems. Their extensive distribution network is Australia-wide and incorporates ISPs, System Integrators, VARs, traditional computer resellers, retails superstores as well as mail order catalogues.

activePDF’s CEO, Tim Sullivan, stated that “CONEXUS was selected as our exclusive Australian partner after a meticulous evaluation of their potential, not only as sales channels, but also as a local support provider for our products. Australia, a country with the second highest IT spending per person, represents a very important market for activePDF. This agreement also validates the implementation of our incentive distributor program where the main goal is to closely work with our international partners in achieving a strong position as a software provider in their local markets”.

He also said that he is “confident that the new partnership will be very successful for both companies. With CONEXUS’ reputation for technical excellence in their field and superior quality customer support, they were an obvious choice as our local partner in the Australian market. They provide innovative cost-effective solutions and offer a complete service for their clients, including technical back up, on site training and support.”
