On January 21st, activePDF launched a brand new self-service portal for
technical support. The new portal allows product evaluators and clients to
obtain on-demand support, log new cases, and check, update and close existing
cases at any time. The portal can also be used to view previously resolved
cases as well as related knowledge base articles:

A valid subscription ID is required in order to access the new portal. If you
